Monday June 4 (Bring a friend day)
AMRAP in 16:00 w/a partner:
400m run w/wall ball (partners run at same time, can hand off WB to each other at any point)
20 burpees over your partner
40 kettlebell swings (one person working at a time)

5:00 rest
+
For 8:00 in teams of 4 (one person working at each station)
Station 1: 12 alternating dumbbell snatches
Station 2: 15 sit ups
Station 3: 12 box jump overs
Station 4: Hollow hold for duration of box jump overs
Cannot rotate until everyone is finished working at their station
