At CrossFit Blue Ash, we make getting started simple, fun, and non-intimidating. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – CrossFit exercises are scaleable for everyone!

3 WAYS TO START...

Not sure if CrossFit is for you? Come in and check us out! In this free 30 minute consultation, you’ll meet with one of our coaches to learn about our gym and the CrossFit method of training, discuss your goals, ask any questions you may have, and discuss your next steps.

Ready to go? Join our On-Ramp program.

On Ramp is required for those new to CrossFit and looking to join our group classes. It consists of four 60-minute personal training sessions scheduled over a 2-week time frame.

Each class is led by a Level 1 CrossFit trainer who will cover movement, mobility, nutrition, and the skills necessary to perform a CrossFit workout. At the end of On-Ramp you will know how to scale exercises to your personal fitness level and how to perform the programmed workouts.

Not able to make it in to the gym? Have limited time, but still need the guidance and accountability of a coach? Our remote online coaching pairs you one-on-one with a knowledgable coach to help you meet your fitness goals. This program is completely tailored to your specific needs. You and your coach will work together to create a plan that fits your schedule!
