Barbell Club is offered once a week on Sunday's at noon. In these classes we focus on the Snatch, Clean, Push-Press, Push-Jerk, and Split-Jerk. Whether you are a new or a seasoned lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body.
Strength for CrossFit classes are offered once a week on Wednesday's at 6 pm. These classes focus on accessory & strength building work to help improve and fine tune the skills needed to perform CrossFit style workouts.
