Our 60-minute CrossFit classes consist of functional movements that are performed at a high intensity. Over the course of the week we will cover all of the bases – weightlifting, gymnastics, body weight movements, & cardio. Every class includes a warmup, mobility work, detailed coaching, and options to scale and modify. No matter your fitness level, we can help you get in a safe & effective, yet challenging workout.


Do you like a lighter, longer workout? Sweat class is for you! These classes are 60-minutes of functional fitness with a bias towards aerobic capacity. You’ll challenge your endurance in a longer, but less technically demanding CrossFit-style workout. No experience is required to attend Sweat. Show up and our coaches will guide you through an amazing workout.


Are you looking to add strength and muscle mass? Your answer should be “yes!” Havung strength and excellent mobility makes all things easier! Whether you want to be able to play with your grandkids in the backyard, make the high school football team, or you want to specifically improve your Olympic lifts m, studies show that resistance training is a critical part of a fitness regimen. Our highly-skilled and experienced coaches will slowly and intently progress you through lifts and movements you didn’t think possible. We take our barbell work seriously, while still being sure to have a good time. Anyone can learn to lift weights safely under the guidance of a good coach!


These 60-minute classes are focused on drilling and perfecting skills & movements specific to CrossFit. We incorporate the ten physical skills of CrossFit which are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy to work on skills such as handstand push ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, and so much more!
