This is designed for corporate workers that are looking for a quick in quick out class. They will last 45 minutes and will still offer all the intensity of CrossFit minus some of the strength.
Our CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens program is based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, but a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
We offer CrossFit Kids (ages 5-12) and Teens (ages 13-18). CrossFit Teens is offered every Monday and Thursday 4:00-5:00 pm. CrossFit Kids is offered from 4:00-4:45 pm. Saturdays, CrossFit Kids will be offered 10-10:45 am and Teens will be 10-11 am.
CF Kids (ages 5-12): $85/kid
CF Teens (ages 13-18): $105/kid

On-Ramp is generally 12 classes (3 per week for 4 weeks) and is required in order to join our classes as a member. Beginning in January 2018 On-Ramp classes are offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 pm. In these beginner classes your instructor will extensively go over the fundamental movements of CrossFit to ensure you are moving correctly and safely by the time you are in regular member classes.

Open to all members of CrossFit Blue Ash for addition $20 a month or $5/class, our training focuses primary on improving the technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts. World class Olympic Lifting is part of our regular training regimen and will improve explosiveness, strength, and coordination in addition to improving comfort with the lifts.
